Refund Policy

1. Overview

SEO Link Agency S.r.l. delivers professional digital marketing and link building services. Because our work involves significant specialist time beginning from project start, refunds are structured by project milestone and service type. We aim to be fair, transparent, and to resolve concerns directly before any refund request becomes necessary.

If you have a concern about the quality or scope of delivered work, please contact us at info@seolinkagency.com before requesting a refund. In most cases, we can address concerns through revised deliverables, credit, or adjusted scope.

2. Discovery package and one-time projects

One-time projects are invoiced in two instalments: 50% on commencement, 50% on delivery.

• Before work begins: Full refund of any amounts paid.
• After work has begun but before delivery: The first 50% instalment is non-refundable, as it covers analyst and specialist time already committed. The second instalment has not yet been charged.
• After delivery: If the delivered work does not match the agreed written scope, we will revise at no charge. If revision cannot address the scope gap, a partial refund may be issued at SEO Link Agency's discretion, capped at 50% of the total project fee.
• Disagreement with findings: Audits, strategy documents, and competitor intelligence reports are professional deliverables. Disagreement with findings or recommendations is not grounds for a refund. If you believe findings are factually incorrect, contact us with specific evidence and we will review.

3. Monthly retainers (Authority and Dominance)

• 48-hour cooling-off period: If requested in writing within 48 hours of the first payment, and before any onboarding call has taken place and before any work has begun, we will issue a full refund.
• After 48 hours or after work begins: Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable for the month in which work has been delivered or commenced. Work is considered commenced once the onboarding call has taken place.
• Future monthly payments: Retainer clients may cancel with 30 days written notice after the minimum 3-month term. No refund is due for the notice period month if work continues during that period.
• If SEO Link Agency fails to deliver contracted output: If we do not deliver the contracted number of links for a given month without reasonable cause, we will credit the pro-rated cost of undelivered links to the following month's invoice. Links placed later than the monthly deadline count against the following month, not as missed delivery.

4. Add-ons

Add-on services are non-refundable once delivery has begun. If an add-on cannot be delivered due to circumstances on our side, a full refund of the add-on fee will be issued within 10 business days.

5. Support hours

Purchased support hours are non-refundable once a session has taken place. Unused purchased hours are refundable within 60 days of purchase if not yet scheduled or used.

6. EU consumer right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days of purchase under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, unless the service has already commenced with your explicit consent. By agreeing to these Terms and proceeding with an onboarding call or any delivery, you consent to early commencement and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal no longer applies from that point forward for services commenced.

7. How to request a refund

Email info@seolinkagency.com with the subject line "Refund Request", your order reference number, full name, and a clear description of the reason for the request. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method through Stripe.

8. Disputes

If a refund request is declined and you believe this is incorrect, you may escalate the dispute through Stripe's dispute resolution process or through your credit card provider's chargeback mechanism. We cooperate fully with dispute resolution processes and provide complete documentation of all work delivered.
