All SEO Link Agency services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are produced, stored, or shipped under any circumstances. Deliverables are provided via email attachment or a secure file-sharing link to the email address provided at checkout. Formats vary by service type and may include PDF reports, Google Docs, Google Sheets, written content files, and link placement reports with live URLs.

A project or retainer is considered to have started — and timelines begin — when all three of the following conditions are met: (a) payment has been received and confirmed; (b) the onboarding call has taken place; and (c) the Client has granted the minimum required access (Google Search Console read access and GA4 read access). Where the Client is unable to provide required access within 5 business days of the onboarding call, the delivery timeline will be adjusted accordingly and the Client notified in writing.
For Authority and Dominance retainer clients, the monthly workflow follows this structure:
Each link placed under a Link Acquisition or Digital PR campaign is reported with: the live URL of the page containing the link, the anchor text used, the referring domain's Domain Rating (DR) at the time of placement, the domain's estimated organic traffic, the publication date, and whether the link is dofollow or nofollow. Reports are delivered monthly as part of the standard retainer report cycle, or as ad-hoc delivery for one-time placement campaigns.
SEO Link Agency does not report links that cannot be independently verified via a live URL. All placements are on real, editorially independent publications.

Deliverables are considered accepted and approved if no written objections are raised by the Client within 7 business days of delivery. Objections must be specific and reference the agreed scope. Reasonable objections will be addressed at no additional charge. Disagreement with strategic recommendations does not constitute a deliverable deficiency.
